Bex Spiller
A formerly burnt out entrepreneur trying to juggle it all, Bex knows all too well what it's liked to be overwhelmed. She decided to close down her business and study everything there was to know about stress, burnout and overwhelm (fascinating dinner party topics). She has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economics of Wellbeing and Organisational Behaviour, has studied Mindfulness and MBSR, won two Health & Wellbeing Awards, and recently become a Fellow of the RSA for her contribution to reducing stress and burnout.
Bex will be teaching everything she knows about mindful productivity and motivation, and how to keep on top of a never-ending to-do list. She'll help you build better schedules that work for your chronotype, use 'flow' to your advantage, and practice self-compassion when you feel like you're falling behind.
Mike Richards
Mike is a secular meditation teacher, from London. He is accredited by the British School of Meditation (BSoM, Distinction), and has years of practice and several 10-day silent retreats under his belt. He has taught meditation to financial firms, government departments, start-ups, as well as in a volunteer capacity at a hospice, among others. Mike loves the practical and neuroscientific elements of meditation, which he touches upon in his meditation series.
Mike's six-part meditation series will show you how a meditation and mindfulness practice can give you the tools needed to combat the stresses and challenges of the modern workplace. It'll focus on how meditation can make you feel calmer and less burned out. And it'll also highlight how a consistent meditation practice can make you more focused and productive.

What's the difference between the two options?
The first option is joining The Anti-Burnout Club as a monthly member for £9.99 per month and means you'll have access to this course and our entire platform of other courses, classes, worksheets, our community and more. You can easily cancel at any time from your profile page if you feel as though our membership isn't right for you.
The second option is to buy the course as a standalone email course. You'll get the lessons sent to your inbox every week day for four weeks. As long as you keep hold of those emails, you'll have lifetime access to all of the lessons! This option does not give you access to the platform.
When will I get access?
If you opt for the monthly membership, you'll get instant access to the platform and of all our courses and classes. The Mindful Productivity Course starts on the 6th March and you'll be able to access the daily lessons from your dashboard.
If you opt for the standalone course, you'll get a confirmation email and lessons will start being sent to you from the 6th March. If you purchase the course after this date, you'll get daily lessons starting from tomorrow.
What if I don't like the course? Can I get a refund?

Can I change my mind about which option I go for?
Of course! If you decide you'd prefer a different option to the one you purchased, just email support@theantiburnoutclub.com and we'll sort it out for you, including refunding the difference if needed.
